Hi there,

I parked in a suspended bay which stated that this did not apply during weekends. I presumed this meant that I could park there at weekends but then received a ticket. This states that I was parked in a residents bay. Perhaps this is just a schollboy error on my part but I was wondering if their sign should state that normal parking restrictions apply anywhere upon it. Simply for the avoidance of doubt.

Poor photo which requires a bit of zooming in below.

Do I just need to pay this and move on? Thanks for any help.

The suspension of the bay, for residents, is not in force on weekends. Meaning the bay can be used, but still only by residents, at weekends.
