I'd have thought that if you caught a glimpse of an image like that, you'd keep your full beams on and get a bit closer to see it more clearly, then get your passenger to film it for good measure

I think you would need different images for differing cultures.
The ghosts probably work in China with reverence to ancestors and the like.
In USA, a redneck with a shotgun may work better.

Should try India, most drivers don't even know they have dip and main beam! You'll often see signs for 'use dippers at night', mind you they then produced a brand of condoms called dippers and the same tag line for them!
