I definitely am in my OMG Im in trouble state mentally now.
Back in November 2015 in "the Sunny" South I parked in a private P&D for 5 minutes to drop my daughter off to her friends. I came back to a lovely yellow and black sticker.
I sent off the requisite refusal to pay found on many web pages, and ignored the 2 scary letters that followed.
At the beginning of this November, I was "sold" to MIL collections for £1, and now I have a court N1 paper.
Last night I did my acceptance of service online with no detail given as to defence. This leads me to my question.
Am I able to successfully fight this £235 bill in your opinion on the grounds of either having to help my unwell child out of her car?
Or on the grounds of 15.1 on a PDF I found , which says that I am allowed time to review and consider the signage in the area?
I believe my next stage is an I18 interrogation of their facts, but before I start this next phase - am I on fairly stable ground here, or am I going to lose this one, and so I should offer them
something on the online portal to make them go away?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
