-------------------- In 2008, I was the victim of a clamping outfit run by Richard Rippon of Redroute and Patrol Plus Limited. I successfully sued him in court; then, with the help of PePiPoo members, I tracked him down and got my money back. This resulted in an intense media and legal battle, but this story is an example of how other members should never give up and keep going until justice is served. See the success story here.
  Current parking tally since 2001 (Council/PPC): 68/13 tickets. 5/9 clamps. 2/0 tows. 42/10 contested. 34/9 won. 4/1 pending. I am also proud to be in the top 10 longest-serving members on this forum that have been active this year. |
