I recently received a Fixed Penalty Notice for driving at 41mph on a 30mph retricted road. Was caught by a "safety camera" (what a joke!) and was wondering whether any one had any thoughts on possible defences, or some information on the accuracy of these speed cameras. Would really like to appeal this one...good idea or waste of time?

very much appreciated

read around a bit, starting with the 'read this first' post.

defending yourself against any allegation is always encouraged.
