After 5 years of driving and with 0 points , I have been caught twice within 3 MINUTES from the same camera. Is there anyway I could get this treated as one occasion, 30 mph in a 30 and 45 in a 30?
Any Advice? Thankyou |

Different directions? As far as I know 30 in a 30 isn't an offence. Is there anyway I could get this treated as one occasion, 30 mph in a 30 and 45 in a 30? Same van, one going down the hill and the other going up the hill, different sides of the road. Sorry 37 and 45 not 30 lol |

Little to no chance in opposite directions - presumably with time in between also?

The 37 should see an offer of a speed awareness course if the driver is eligible and the offence took place in England or Wales and the 45 will be a cofp of £100 and 3 points, can't see it being treated as one offence but can't hurt to ask.
