Hey Guys

I've received two NIP's for speeding back on the 4th and 5th December around 19:30 both times. Apparently I was doing 71 first time and 72 second and the variable speed limit was 60. I dont recall getting flashed once forget twice. I've been driving the section of the M1 where this occured 2 - 3 times per week since July and obey the variable speed limits.

Frequently the variable speed limit changes or is cancelled (get zero with cross inside symbol) and then gets reinstated quickly thereafter. Sometimes the boards will display a cancelled symbol on one board and the next will have a limit and the one after not have.

I think one of these situations has occured given my speed of 71 and 72 but wonder whether I have a defence and how this could be presented?
