I cannot get over the gaul of the SCU (cardiff in my case) who send out NIP's with an adressed envelope stating "Postage must be paid".

Well excuse me.. If someone writes to me demanding a reply and enclosing an envelope I EXPECT the envelope to be reply paid. So I am NOT going to put a stamp on the envelope and send it back (unsigned of course)

These bloody governemnts departments/civil servants that do these things really p**s me off big time. So they will get the treatment the Inland Revenue get when I send my letters to them. NO STAMP !!!

All that happens is the letter gets delivered and the recipient has to pay a surcharge & delivery fee of about £1.20

Now who thinks the SCU are going to reject unstamped letters ?

Did they send their NIP to you via 1st or 2nd Class post?
