Hi, i need my license for work and if i'm disqualified i will lose my job. I've had a quick look through some topics and it seems to be the case that turning up to court is the best option but if i do not have my license at court on the date of my summons my license will be suspended. Just wondering what the best course of action might be, thanks for replying so quick.

Why will you not have your licence at court?
I think it unlikely that you'll be disqualified. -------------------- Moderator

I lost the counterpart when i moved a couple of years back and had my wallet pinched at the weekend. My summons is for 09/04 so i doubt i'll get one in time. If i have all the details will that be any use? Thanks.

You should be able to replace it on-line, they say within 10 days.

Hi, i have replaced my license online but i'm not optimistic that i'll get my new license in time with the bank holidays and all. Is it much worse to plead guilty by post than to attend the hearing? Thanks for your help.
