HI I hope someone can help me:
I was alleged for doing 39mph on a 30mph with a laser gun.
police was parked on footpath, cycle lane and double yellow lines. also
police has made false statement that I overtook a vehicle when i didnt.
cps have not provided a video.
police gave false information in log sheet. he also put down 30 offences, crossed it out to 27.
i received his pocket book and there is only 2 logs showing device was tested before use but he used it in 3 different locations. any help please?

This is obviously a somewhat complicated situation and for that reason I'm afraid you are going to have to give alot more detail than that if you expect any really useful advice. However, do not give any person information and avoid disclosing anything else that could lead to you or the case being identified.
