recently caught doing 43 in 30 and recieved NIP
unsure if it was my car, as car was also overtaking me allthough we may have been flashed twice. also i hold a foreign licence ,ie Irish and european and on last offence about 9 years ago had licence retured as they said they were unable to put points on it. they will have to take you to court and then create a ghost UK liscense to which they will add points to

I dont know if there is a dispensation for Irish liciences
