Unsure Who Was Driving, i was sharing the drive

hi i was travelling back from bristol on the 27th august and have been issued with a nip but i cannot remember if it was me or my mate driving the car at the time when the offence happended does anyone know what i should do the force who issued this is west midlands cheers

Complete the NIP WIZARD and post it here. Write to the camera unit and request copies of any photo's to help identify the driver. DO not elaborate or mention the word evidence. If this was a camera van you may be able to identify who was driving. Is you mate insured to drive your car and are you sue he is. The path of going down the cannot identify driver often leads to 6 points and £300. Pete D
