For those who are facing expert witness evidence from Trevor Hall, Merydydd Hughes or anyone else in this company it may be very relevant if you draw attention to the fact that there is no impartiality of witness here as there is a clear conflict of interest. -------------------- BB&G Lapsed Wouldn't piss on a policeman on fire

I "understand" that they have a presence on police.pnn. Well, after all, that's their target audience why be obliged to spread the word to a far more critical one? I note that RSS Ltd changed their registered office in April thus: ROAD SAFETY SUPPORT LIMITED GROVER HOUSE GROVER WALK CORRINGHAM ESSEX SS17 7LS Which appears to be an office building - with an aerial assembly on the roof (Google Maps) - above a pedestrianised shopping area. The building appears to be shared with a number of other businesses including an accountant, an employment agency, and a publisher. I believe this is the company that will manage the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (i.e. will maintain records of those attending Speed Awareness Courses and the like) much vaunted as another arm of RSS. This time entirely their own with a straight split of 500 shares each. That's right no declared link with ACPO and not limited by guarantee. This is a full-on commercial affair, it would seem. The company - as if we need yet another acronym - is RST&C Ltd and, according to CoHo, was incorporated on 25 September 2008 with what amounts to a generic MoA which neither specifically identifies the full name of the company nor its intended activities (beyond the anodine "To carry on the business of a general commercial company"). The R.O. is Mayflower House again. Now, what could RST&C stand for? Road Safety Training & Consultancy perhaps?
