I was given a parking ticket in london because match day restrictions applied. This was clearly stated on the parking zone sign. However there were no signs anywhere on the street the day I got my parking ticket alerting motorists that this was a match day. My written appeal has been rejected and I have received a notice to owner. Do I have a case?

so the CPZ signs say smothing like
'special restrictions on match days' but them there
are no indications anywhere of when these are ?

if so you have a case

even legal signs can be confusing and where special
restrcitions apply then special notice must be given

PATAS bladon v westminster

ask to see the TRO/TMO and look for their procedures
of notification for match days

were they followed ?

are they fair ?

this case is also interesting to you - about special event restrictions

NPAS L v manchester
