So Ive been in London following the death of my mother and boy has it been costly.

I received a TFL PCN and am wondering what the terms are.

I basically pulled in here as I had a car up my arse to move out the way and was in midst of a coughing fit (not coronavirus related). At no point did i leave the vehicle and as you will see my lights are still on. There doesnt appear to be any link but the two photos represent 3 mins apart.

I am also registered disabled. Do i argue this or do i just pay it. Its been a hell of a too months what with loosing my mum.

We need to see the PCN and all photos

use an external hosting site such as imgur

I will ask for this to be moved to the correct (council decriminalised forum)

Looks to me like you were in the disabled bay? Do you have a blue badge?

Sadly I was where the black audi car is outside metalcraft and yes likely on the double red, so im guessing I am responsible but I only moved in cause I had a car behind me trying to get past and there was no where else to pull in. As mentioned I didnt get out the vehicle.

Problem is it is a No Stopping contravention. From what you have told us. there is a possible appeal argument of "unable to proceed due to circumstances beyond my control" - the coughing fit. Can you please say whether you have a Blue Badge or not, as 'Stamfordman' has requested, it is important.

Sorry I got the wrong spot. On double red route lines you can't use a BB except to board or alight the BB holder. But I would certainly ask for discretion and say you are BB holder.

Why don't you call TFL and ask for the video? You'll be sent a DVD in the post and the penalty will be put on hold and the penalty will be put on hold while you wait.
