I don't believe it Leeds just cancelled a dropped kerb at informal on 1 point. will/may. Unfortunately I think this probably means they are going to correct their PCNs.

Surely that's a good thing, as the correct outcome is for PCNs to correctly inform motorists of what the law says they should be informed of?

It is a good thing for society. Not necessarily for the individual. A friends ticket not mine.
