Hi,

Prior to this post, read many posts about this bus lane.

The times are OK as per the images and videos, they match up.

I was thinking to literally just use the following document (print and post to council with the relevant details edited).

Any thoughts?

Show us the PCN and the video, it's highly likely we can strengthen your case if we know what evidence the council has. The risk in using an unattended template is that the moment it becomes obvious you've used a recycled template that doesn't match the details of your case, an adjudicator would likely gloss over the rest of your case and dismiss the appeal without looking at the merits properly.

Thank you for the response.
Sorry was away, and my friend (whom it is on behalf of), started panicking. I directed them here, but they are not really that techy.
I used the template, as above, however snipped out some elements of it to make it easier.
I appreciate it did not allow yourselves to help strengthen the case.
Just have to hope for the best and see.

We can be close to certain the council will reject (Reading always does), so post up the rejection when you get it. Reading council is annoying so if I have time I might be able to represent your friend at the tribunal.

Shockingly and really shocked.... Reading accepted the appeal based on the above link with slight edits.

They did mention it will not set a precendent laugh.gif

Have they had a Damascene conversion like St Paul ? No, I think not, but it is still a shock to me as they are one of the more venal councils.

Yep Reading and Newham from experience with these things have been amongst the worst. Thats just personally speaking, hence was taken aback a bit.
I am sure there maybe some which are worst.

They have had a bit of a kicking from CP here so with the current crisis not bothering with cases that they are likely to lose, and from the texture of your reps they know its going to appeal. They will get stupid again in the future

Let's wait and see what comes of RG00028-2002, I'm hoping we'll get the outcome this week.
