Afternoon

Help required please.

I parked in a local market and received PCN Code 27 because I parked infront of a dropped curb.

I did park infront of the curb with my family without realising. The curb was dropped in front of the ticket machine

Questions

As I had young daughter with me ( 5 months) therefore unloading pushchair and also no observed to time ?

Should i challenge or pay ?

We need to see the council's pics - see if they are online.

Street view is old but can you see the location:

I presume you left the car parked and unattended.

Show us the back of the PCN as well, there should be a legal flaw in the small print.

Please advise.

We were out of the car at the time of the ticket but the car park rules state no need for a ticket on Sunday

The error on the PCN templates has been fixed. You mention a car park but the PCN has been issued for an on-street contravention. You need to get the council photos so we can work out what it is that we are dealing with. Put the photos on an external site like imgur.com as you won't have space on here.
