A couple of months ago we visited Lidl in ashford which also has a gym alongside. I also had to visit the osteopath clinic in the gym while a.N.Other went shopping in Lidl. We both thought the other had "clocked in" to the parking system but hadn't.

A couple of weeks later got the usual charge certificate demanding £120. I wrote an appeal to the manager at Lidl and the parking company enclosing a copy of the shopping bill. A few days later I got a letter saying the parking charge notice had been withdrawn.

Don't give up!

You clearly didn't get a charge certificate.... and if you did had you would have significant grounds for complaint!

There is no such thing as a law abiding motorist, just those who have been scammed and those yet to be scammed!
