Is there any chance i can appeal this? I know the pictures make it seem bad, but the angle used make it seem that way.

From your 2nd photo, you look to be about 12" into the dropped area, so are bang-to-rights. It is the car, not where the wheels are that count, sorry to have to say it. Unless the PCN contains fatal errors of content, you should consider the discount option. If you take them to adjudication, the full PCN penalty will be in play.

Thanks for your reply. I did had my doubts parking there, but as i late for work, i had no other choice.
What about the fact it says observed from 13:53 to 13:53 ? Aren’t they supposed to give you a few minutes before issuing the ticket?

There is no legal requirement for any observation time.

I agree there isn't complete GSV coverage on Hallswelle Road. There is also a gap on Bridge Lane where the junction is with Hallswelle Road. Odd !! However one can partially view Hallswelle Road, so I assume you were in the uncovered section.
