Good day to all

i had a good read through lots of post and could find this particular situation

i hope someone can advise me smile.gif

The Details

25th May 2019 Recieved letter from DRP saying:

Date of notice: this month
Parking charge date: Feb
Location: Priory Retail Park Colliers Wood
Reason for issue: Parked longer than the maximum period

£130

so the keepers issue is that the vehicle in question at the time of alleged offence was registered to the wrong address so NO letters have come to the keepers current address other than this one.

so what does the keeper do now?

Contact DRP? everyone says NO
Contact Euro Car Parks?
or wait?

Super Kind Regards

Why was the v12 address wrong?

Has the v12 been updated to the present address?

Do not telephone anyone of these people. They will try to get information out of you that you do not have to give.

So, DRP must have traced your current address to send this letter.

Best not to ignore and ask for full particulars possibly via sar.

Regulars will better advise.
