Post the PCN. We have many cases here but depends on when the PCN was issued and also when you got it.
Put pics of PCN on https://imgbb.com or similar. |

So you appealed and been rejected. What was your appeal? If it was following a map then that's no substitute for seeing signs.
As contravention is 16 Oct then likely it was served in time and signage has been upgraded for some time. Paying the discount probably best but you may want to post the PCN. |

My appeal was , I was driving for Uber as I’m über driver , and I was following Uber suggested route , Uber suggested to forward them route plan , so I did together with this I said signage weren’t cleared . But they declined. I know I can pay reduced , but I noticed some other people’s PCN was removed so I just wanted proper appeal wording etc , maybe it also removed mine . Thanks |

Post the original PCN in full, redacting just your name and address.

So, you received a Notice of Rejection which offered the choice of paying or appealing to the London Tribunals, but you did nothing. Unfortunately by ignoring this letter you have made it impossible to revert the process, and must pay-up now. Whilst there is the possibility of submitting a Statutory Declaration, there are only a limited set of reasons why you are submitting it, and none would seem to match your circumstances, which is a basic failure to act on receipt of the OfR.
What happened to the Charge Certificate notice that would also have been sent before you received this Order for Recovery ? |

By ignoring it, you have lost you right of appeal. You must pay or it will go up a lot more, and the bailiffs will eventually come to your house to collect the debt. -------------------- If you would like assistance with a penalty charge notice, please post a thread on https://www.ftla.uk/index.php

Wrong first name - was it Wally instead of Willy? Sorry couldn't resist it.
Don't think not getting the charge certificate is a way back - the order for recovery is essential the CC plus an £8 fee. |

Not receiving the charge certificate is not a ground to make a statutory declaration.

First name was wrongly spelled in rejection letter ! You can say that instead of Willy it was Wellie ! |

Hi there I filled the declaration with same reasons , and I received the response from court dated:20th Feb, confirming the order of recovery to be revoked and charge certificate to be cancelled , But since then I have not received anything from Council , I just checked online today fine gone back to £130 now , but so far no letter by post ! I thought to ask your help from here , I believe now we can challenge on some grounds etc ! Thanks for help |
