Hi I parked on a business bay by mistake. What's funny is I double checked the signage ie saw the code IS- xxx and wrongly assumed it was another Islington resident permit code (Islington usually use IS-). Upon my return only then did I realise the 'Business permit holders only' when I read the entire sign properly. I have a blue badge and literally, every other bay on the entire road would have been free including single/ double yellow lines etc. Any advice please. Thanks |

here?

Hi, thanks for reply.
Yes I had my blue badge displayed. Ok I will appeal based on ‘mitigating circumstances’ is that correct term. I would just bring up the fact that I had many other free bays and genuinely thought this was residential bay. Cheers here? https://www.google.com/maps/@51.5587921,-0....6384!8i8192 You can probably only ask for discretion based on an honest mistake.
