So I got a parking ticket from Parking eye and the continental Hotel in Hounslow, I did appeal saying that I was still in the car and theres no evidence of me getting out the car but the appeal was unsuccessful. However, they sent another letter and I am still able to appeal. Also I was in the car park for 11 minutes but my friend was in another car but he hasn't been issued a ticket?

Just because you were still in the car doesn't mean you weren't parked. You've also outed yourself to PE as being the driver, which means you've chucked away a good appeal point.
What was the transgression? What do the signs say? There's still potentially other appeal points based on this, but we need more info. -------------------- Sometimes I use big words I don't understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.

Grace periods seem the obvious one
What was the reason for being there? |

I am not sure what the sign says but on the website it states that the overnight stay is £15. Reason for going in the car park is because I went to pick up a friend.

Could have been parked in a "no parking" area, or was this an ANPR job? PE usually is ANPR, I think. But if you were parked in a "no parking" area, you were arguably trespassing, which is not something that is actionable/enforceable by PE. Having already admitted driving, it wouldn't really hurt much to give evidence (an admission) as to trespassing...

I bet you weren't even in the car park for 11 minutes, so stop believing PE's unsynchronised camera data. Recently we've even seen people proving ANPR camera to be up to 3 minutes out, the difference between a PCN or not. So, can either you or your friend prove how long you were actually there? Do either of you have the Google location app on your phone, search for that date and see if it shows how long the car (either of them, if you were together in/out) was actually on site. Also, was the PCN received by day 15 and does it have a POFA 2012 paragraph on the back (DO NOT look at the 'reminder', only the PCN). And what happened when you complained, as you would, to the Hotel Manager, not the first person who randomly answers the phone? Hotels and retailers cancel these literally every week, and they have a ParkingEye User Manual that gives them an emails address to cancel them for genuine patrons (would clearly include a person picking up or dropping off a guest). |

I didn't complain to the hotel as i thought they wouldn't be able to do anything. Also I dont have history on my google maps.

ON your phone, not on google maps.
Look up location history on your phone. See whats there. |

The BPA grace period is 10 mins, PE issue tickets for 11 mins but do not seem to take action other than debt collection toilet paper where it it knows the transgressor is aware of the grace period and the concept of De Minimis.

It showed the time you were in the car park, it did not show the time you were parked.

I'm sure there is a stone somewhere bleeding more easily than this thread!
