Apologies all as can't get the forms working. Parking ticket arrived from a Tesco car park issued by Highview Parking as attached images. Easy to get out of and if so any suggestions?

Edit - offence stated as 05 July and "ticket" arrived today 23 July albeit dated 20 July.

TX

Received after 14 days so POFA 2012 fail, no keeper liability and no need to name driver, search for 'bogoff' response, if rejected then win at POPLA 2nd appeal.

Just send the initial appeal template from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 over on MSE and the charge will be cancelled within 2 days. Works every time. Fastest cancellation was achieved within 2 hours!

Don't add anything to it. Take note!

LOL I must be daft, apologies. This is what appears on first page using their appeals website:

Tick here to confirm that you were the driver and that the PCN you have received contains the correct information
Tick here to confirm that you were not the driver or that the PCN you have received contains incorrect information

Can't seem to get past this page without ticking one of the above options?

TX.

Edit - in response above perhaps you meant for me to POST the reply and not use their website?

Have seen a few parking companies play this game with online appeals

Tick this one - it won't matter a jot. They won't be going anywhere with it. I'm sure there's plenty in the NtK that has 'incorrect information'. You have to shoot from the hip at times! Don't be a shrinking violet with scammers!

It's taken a full week and nothing seems to have been done in getting rid of this (advice given on 23/7) - this would most certainly have been done and dusted by last Wednesday if advice had been followed when given. Don't look for problems, when answers to them have been given to you, plough through - HV are so easy to beat, go do it!

Ha ha ok gone with suggestion above and ticked "incorrect information", let's see what happens. This came up when I hit send:

Thank you, your appeal has been sent

You should receive confirmation of your appeal submission via email. Please check your Spam/Junk email folders if you haven’t received anything.

Further action on your Parking Charge Notice has been put on hold

Please wait to hear from us. You will have the opportunity to make payment at the current rate even if your appeal is rejected

We aim to write back to you within 14 working days, but certainly no more than 35 days after your representation is received.

Payment of your notice can be made by credit card on the automated payment line: 0844 371 8784, or by cheque or Postal Order sent to: PO Box 3573, Barnet, EN5 9QA

So.... if no response after 35 days you write back and tell them as they hjave failed to give a decision with the 35 days that their CoP requires you can not take it that the appeal has been accepted and you do not expect to hear from them again.

If you're like any other who has followed the advice fully, you'll have this sorted in a couple of days.

"Further to your representations, we have investigated your claims and can confirm that your Notice has subsequently been cancelled in full and no further action will be taken.

Yours faithfully,

HIGHVIEW PARKING LIMITED"

I have received a 2nd ticket from them same place different day so will do the same again!

Have you broken the all time record? The best so far is 2 hours from appeal to cancellation!
