Apologies all as can't get the forms working. Parking ticket arrived from a Tesco car park issued by Highview Parking as attached images. Easy to get out of and if so any suggestions?
Edit - offence stated as 05 July and "ticket" arrived today 23 July albeit dated 20 July. TX This post has been edited by termite x: Mon, 23 Jul 2018 - 15:53 |

Received after 14 days so POFA 2012 fail, no keeper liability and no need to name driver, search for 'bogoff' response, if rejected then win at POPLA 2nd appeal.

Just send the initial appeal template from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 over on MSE and the charge will be cancelled within 2 days. Works every time. Fastest cancellation was achieved within 2 hours!

LOL I must be daft, apologies. This is what appears on first page using their appeals website:
Tick here to confirm that you were the driver and that the PCN you have received contains the correct information Tick here to confirm that you were not the driver or that the PCN you have received contains incorrect information Can't seem to get past this page without ticking one of the above options? TX. Edit - in response above perhaps you meant for me to POST the reply and not use their website? This post has been edited by termite x: Mon, 30 Jul 2018 - 18:03 |

QUOTE Tick here to confirm that you were not the driver or that the PCN you have received contains incorrect information Tick this one - it won't matter a jot. They won't be going anywhere with it. I'm sure there's plenty in the NtK that has 'incorrect information'. You have to shoot from the hip at times! Don't be a shrinking violet with scammers! It's taken a full week and nothing seems to have been done in getting rid of this (advice given on 23/7) - this would most certainly have been done and dusted by last Wednesday if advice had been followed when given. Don't look for problems, when answers to them have been given to you, plough through - HV are so easy to beat, go do it! This post has been edited by Umkomaas: Mon, 30 Jul 2018 - 21:25 |

So.... if no response after 35 days you write back and tell them as they hjave failed to give a decision with the 35 days that their CoP requires you can not take it that the appeal has been accepted and you do not expect to hear from them again.

If you're like any other who has followed the advice fully, you'll have this sorted in a couple of days.

Have you broken the all time record? The best so far is 2 hours from appeal to cancellation!
