Red light camera

Was driving home from work tonight and wasn’t concentrating and went through a red light, I’m not sure if it has a camera on top, I went back to look and noticed something on top that had a red light shining out of it ? I have attached some pics, any advice is more can thank welcome, this is my first post so I hope I have posted in the right place

Might have been one of the devices that monitor a backlog of traffic waiting to get through the lights .

As for the pics how did you upload them ..don't use the Forum upload facility ...use an external image host like tinypic or flickr and post the [IMG] links in here . As suggested below tell us the location

or post a link to Google Streetview.

Looks like traffic management camera, nothing like any red light camera I've seen. Also there are no known RLCs on Kings Road, Reading.
