Hi guys/girls,

I was issued a PCN today due to parking on a single yellow line. I completely forgot that I had parked on a SYL as I have a residents permit. I also have a blue badge which I could've displayed and not got a ticket. Long story short it's my fault as I forgot to do either. I remember I received a ticket a couple of years back and it was cancelled due to me forgetting to display my badge. Will they allow this again?

Portelet Rd, London E1 4ER

It's the SYL outside the pub.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

You can but ask but they may have your previous case on record and say no to a second time, presuming it's the same council.

Judging by some of the other Tower Hamlets cases recently you were lucky not to get towed.

Yes you are right. I was actually thankful that it didn't get towed as usually they tow as soon as 45 mins have passed

Are there any mistakes on the PCN itself? Something that nullifies it?

Looks like a correctly issued code 1 PCN to me but others may see something.
