I have taken this from the Facebook site. Seems genuine enough.

Info for people, especially Sports Direct customers who have been unfairly invoiced, at Cavendish Retail Park. This has been sent to someone who has complained.

I have been passed your details by Mr Forsey (Director of SDI (Keighley) Ltd the subsidiary of the Sports Direct Group who own the car park)

I am sorry to hear about your experience. We are aware of Excel Car Parking’s aggressive implementation of the car park and are currently negotiating with Excel to have the outstanding car parking fines cancelled. In the meantime, Excel have suspended all active cases relating to this car park.

I apologise once again for the distress this must have caused you and hope to provide an update in due course.

If you have outstanding PCNs you might want to compalain to the manager at Sports Direct and to the nice Mr Moore

This person is at court (late) stage in a case about that site:

He will be just in time to put that email in his wife's court bundle and I'm sure he's very pleased you posted this.
