calculation of speed from police videos

I am told that it is possible to measure actual speed from these videos as I didn't think that I was exceeding the 30 mph limit. I have been sent two videos of three frames but the frame count is different, does that matter.

Possibly. Depends on what was used, what facilities you have available to you, length of the video clip, road scars or other fixed marks, etc.

Somehow I do not think that that is an accurate description of what you have received.

If you want help, I suggest you give us as much relevant and accurate information as you can.
We don't have the necessary psychic skills, time or inclination to play guessing games.
