Friend just received another parking ticket, this time from Ealing council. The streetname stated on the PCN is "Orchard avenue", but the alleged contravention occured on Herbert road

Attached are the sign on Herbert road next to where the vehicle was parked, and one side of the PCN (have requested the friend send me the other side which I will upload soon)   Have I been over-cautious with the scrubbing of personal details btw? Not sure you even needed to post the PCN...wrong location is fatal.
I'd suggest an intitial challenge purely on incorrrect location. Dear sirs I found PCN xxxx attached to my car when parked in Herbert Avenue. PCN alleges that I was parked in Orchard. As there is clearly an error I thank you for cancelling the PCN by return. If by any chance you wish to persue this further, please include all CEO notes and photos that you will rely on to prove the allegation with any rejection.
