This is a thread for all those who want to know “have I been caught doing x?”. If you haven’t received any notification from the authorities that you have been caught, do not post your query in one of the active case sections (speeding, council or private parking) but rather here.

Yeah I read that myself but does anyone know if forces are using it for that or just mobile phone and seat belt offences as all the stats online from acusensus just mention the latter two offences. And as they have to be reviewed by two humans would it be possible to get the speeding offence out in 14 days? Also the one I saw was gone an hour later, presume theyre working until theyre moved ? (It was a trailer rather than a vehicle)

Another question for those better informed. As it was there 3 days before I saw it and moved an hour or two after, its obvioisly generator powered, how long does a generator typically last 🤔

Why? It's essentially a digital camera, which will use very little energy and is probably battery powered, possibly combined with a solar panel.

WELL...I have seen two yellow trolleys one(M1) Southbound and the other Northbound today(near Tibshelf) and they had a couple of large Solar Panels on each of them. However it looked more like they would be using them to power some screens rather than catch people misbehaving ??

Those sound like the ones which are quite common around here (SW London): in fact, I can see one from my window. They're used to give advance warning of road closures.

They're quite unlike those pictured on the Acusensus website.
