No chance of them accepting any appeal.
However, there are possibly ways. Who issued the charge? -------------------- RK=Registered Keeper, OP=Original Poster (You!), CoFP=Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, NtK=Notice to Keeper, NtD=Notice to Driver
PoFA=Protection of Freedoms Act, SAC=Safety Awareness Course, NIP=Notice of Intended Prosecution, ADR=Alternative Dispute Resolution PPC=Private Parking Company, LBCCC=Letter Before County Court Claim, PII=Personally Identifiable Information, SAR=Subject Access Request Private Parking - remember, they just want your money and will say almost anything to get it. |

Highview Parking 6 days after the visit Good news - not litigious. Does the notice make reference to keeper liability? (Or Protection of Freedoms Act?) -------------------- RK=Registered Keeper, OP=Original Poster (You!), CoFP=Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, NtK=Notice to Keeper, NtD=Notice to Driver

Dear sirs,
ref xxxxx I have received your above invoice addressed to me as registered keeper. As you are already aware, your paperwork fails to comply with the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 sched 4 to hold me liable as keeper. I am not required to identify the driver to you and will not be doing so without an order of the court. I require you to cancel this invoice or provide me with a POPLA code where I shall arrange for you to be instructed to cancel. Love and kisses. Sorry can anyone advise before midnight tonight as the fine goes up to £100 tomorrow No it doesn't, because you won't be paying it, anyway! That's a tactic to frighten you. It obviously works. Get reading a lot of the other posts on the forum to get an idea of what these cowboys are like. Luckily, you have the easily beaten Highview to enjoy! -------------------- Cabbyman 11 PPCs 0

I have appealed using the above as a template I will let you know how it turns out thanks for your advice But, in the meantime, you will do A LOT of reading and understanding of other threads. You struck lucky with me providing you with a 'template.' You are expected to do the work and become familiar with the process. -------------------- Cabbyman 11 PPCs 0
