Dear Members
I would like your advise. Parked at 7.15pm last night in a resident parking permit area of 9.30-5.30pm in Tower Hamlets. On top of that sign it was single yellow line sign of 5.30-7.30pm which I didn’t pay too much notice indeed. When got out found to be ticket on the windscreen. Is any way to appeal or should I just pay it? Please help Many thanks for your time indeed |

Post the PCN and a pic of sign and/or the Google Street View location.
Sounds bang to rights but let's have look. Use a site such as Imgur or Flickr for pics. |

From what you say you're bang-to-rights; the yellow sign is yellow to make sure people look at it. However as per the norm for this forum, post up the PCN, all sides with car details and PCN Number blanked out. Leave everything else in. A GSV link to the location is also useful.
