IF a driver can be named then it will be tantalisingly close to a timeout (they have six months from the date of the offence to commence proceedings against the driver.
IF not you’ll be in court facing an S172 charge for failing to ID the driver. Any reason why you can’t name the driver, or is it a case of its 90% one person 10% another? -------------------- There is no such thing as a law abiding motorist, just those who have been scammed and those yet to be scammed!
