Hi all, hoping you can assist.
A company van was recently parked outside someones house. The driver popped in for 2 mins to collect their daughter and when they returned had a PCN. The time observed on the parking ticket is observed from 10:58 to 10:58. Surely this isn't enough time to allow someone to successfully collect a child/ re load car/van etc? They also observed the wrong colour of the van. Do you think it's possible to appeal this on the grounds of not sufficient time allowed. Pic of ticket below. |

observation time is only relevant in that it cannot refute you r claim of collecting daughter. This would be an exemption if the daughter is a young child or needs assistance due to infirmity

Ok thank you, yes the daughter is 8 months old. Should I just appeal stating that then?
