Dear All - advice would be appreciated. The keeper received a parking ticket in the post a while back - but ignored it as the keeper believed that it was paid for. It was one of those places where one enters the reg number and pays for an hour. The person remembers doing it. The keeper does not have the ticket but received the fine in the post. The keeper ignored it and then received 4 letters from debt collectors which he also ignored. Then he received this in the post couple of weeks ago. He hasn't done anything with this. Should he ignore?

It's not from Gladstones, the clue is who you are asked to pay eg DRP, so written by DRP on Gladstones notepaper asking the keeper to pay DRP.

File with the rest and ignore, come back if a Gladstones letter asks the keeper to pay Gladstones or an actual claim.

Also for future reference, I would black out any personal information.

Thanks. LOL - I did edit it and then realised I uploaded the wrong document. Hopefully no one remembers where I live smile.gif

Thanks Brilliant - never knew that they were allowed to do this. On a different note - isn't it illegal i.e. false representation?

Edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. It was the keeper that received the parking Charge Notice in the post. The only person known by the parking company is the registered keeper, they do not know the driver, lets keep it that way. The keeper ignored the other letter.

So let's see the original PCN that the Keeper received. SUitably redacted but leave the dates.

Is this Scotland or NI? Is this a hire car?

How the heck has it gone up to £300 in the body of that letter?
