I have received a PCN for turning right down this street off of Finchley Road.

Firstly, I always turn left coming from the other direction, that’s ok I think right? So it’s confusing to me if I wasn’t allowed to turn right from the other direction.
Secondly, the no entry sign on the island light cover looks like it means the right part of the entry to the road.
I barely noticed the no right turn, and when I did notice it, not only was it too late, but I literally thought a truck must have turned it the wrong way as if to say don’t turn right onto Finchley road.
Isn’t there meant to be better signage than this anyway? I mean normally there’s like 3 or 4 signs.
Also, this PCN is from Barnet, and I know their PCN’s aren’t always legal. Can anyone spot anything?

Can I appeal this?

Paragraph 4 of the PCN is wrong. Cases have won on this. Mr M had a few just on Wednesday
