Hi,
I made the foolish error of riding my bike without L plates. I've just recieved a NIP today for a speed camera flash doing 35 in a 30. Will I more than likely lose my provisional license? In theory they could do the necessary checks but in practice the 'sausage machine' will likely simply go through the motions.
A course will likely be offered (unless this is Scotland) to avoid points. Otherwise it's a fixed penalty (3 points £100) for which your provisional licence can receive...
