I just had a quick browse through the London Tribunals register of appeals for the last fortnight, specifying only successful appeals. All of these bar none were for Transport for London ! Most seem to be DNC, but some are because no evidence was submitted by the appeal date. But no other councils seem to have lost any appeals. Seems strange to me.

Strange. I browse the register quite a bit and see loads of councils . Admit DNC is the biggest reason by far for wins,

Well I've done a search from Thursday to today and council cases seem to be the majority:

You are looking at the latest outcome date column, rather than the date registered column, right?

Well if you can't see the cases shown in my screenshot, it must be a problem at your end.

It certainly was a problem at my end !! I scrolled so quickly, I ended up browsing the Road User Charging register, so obviously only saw TfL cases !!

Should have gone to Specsavers !!!!

The registers are on a pretty clunky old and slow system that allows little leeway for intelligent search. I doubt we'll see money spent on upgrading them.

It's very futuristic compared to the system the Traffic Penalty Tribunal has.

The TPT are in the quill pen and wigs age ! It is difficult to contemplate that an organisation that has been around since 1991 can be so backward.

What would you make of the Parking and Bus Lane Tribunal for Scotland then? Until recently it didn't even have its own email address and had to piggy-bag of VOSA's email server.
