The release of keeper details under ELISE KADOE is subject to a formal investigation.

Why does the DVLA release keeper details (personal data) when a private PCN has a photo of 2 different number plates on it?

If anyone has an example of this, the ICO wants to hear about it (email her).

This is not a joke or rumour.

I understand (not confirmed) that privacy lawyer$ have been instructed on at least one side

And you thought a random link to a privacy-related blog with nothing to say about DVLA was useful, because..?

It is relevant because of who publishes the blog.

So why not just say so, rather than go all Secret Squirrel?
