Some bullet points on my speeding:
I will be filling in the form and paying the fine or going on the course, but I am wondering 2 things. The camera was obscured by overhanging trees. I did look at a page on this site that said this was only against guidelines and wouldn't affect the outcome - is that right? How do I get a copy of the picture and calibration record of the camera without going to court? ta |

A camera cannot be effected by trees, the speed measuring device may and that would depend on the type which was........
You can ask for pictures on the pretence it’s to help ID the driver, demand evidence and you won’t get it. Forget the calibration cert, you’re unlikely to get it (and may not get photos if you ask for it) it’s very unlikely to not be in date and even if it’s not it’s nit a defence. Your certain to be offered a course unless you’ve done one in the last three years. Do you honestly think you weren’t speeding? -------------------- There is no such thing as a law abiding motorist, just those who have been scammed and those yet to be scammed!
