The driver went into the car park at the stated time, however only to do a U turn and then left straight away
The driver also left the car park on the stated "leave" time however also just entered to do a U turn and left straight away. They went at 2 seperate time points about 4 hours apart. What these theiving idiots have actually done is put the driver entering the first time, and leaving the final time. The driver has a permit to park on any TH permit bay area, so they have no reason to even park in that car park. Anyways no point sulking and getting angry. Appeal points: 1. The contravention did not occur at all, as driver entered at stated time, but left straight away. The driver returned and used the same car park to do a U turn, entered and left at the stated time. Its very convinient to leave out out the other entry and exit times. Furthermore, all the times and exit for a U turn is permitted under 10 minute guidance set out by the BPA code of conduct which you adhere to. 2. Unclear signage 3. POFA flawed? "invite" to keeper? 4. Landowner authority Image of entry to car park as per GSV - if you look on the right before entry there are TH bays, also plenty of single yellow lines (restrictions apply until 17:30) https://goo.gl/maps/gJnrFUj7xJY3XxZV9 Also signage at entry on lamp post and close up near ANPR camera. Any thoughts? This post has been edited by theeagleman: Sat, 30 May 2020 - 22:32 |
