Hi,
I received this, parking in my estate, I had previous one which I won the appeal, do you think I can base my appeal on the same ground? or shall I refer to the case won in which the adjudicator stated that there is no clear signage where the PCN was issued ( he did not argue about the compliance about the signage ).

Again, the council they say it is a private parking that belongs to them, however they issue those tickets with the power of no having no valid permit ( resident )

Edit title: Maiden Lane Estate, Camden

So what did you do after getting the windscreen PCN? You now have an NTO.

You need to post the PCN number and the VRM. I note you won the last case on the 56 day deadline for the council to respond, of course if they make the same mistake again then it's an easy win but you can't count on that.

Considering you lost the other case, I suggest you let one of us represent you at the tribunal if it gets that far. Once we have the PCN details we'll be able to comment further.

It was refused on the below:

Adjudicator's Reasons Two Penalty Charge Notices were issued when the appellant's car was parked in a bay in the Maiden Lane Off Street car park. Mr X appeals as he raises issues about the adequacy of the signage on the estate. The appellant lives in Maiden Lane. Mr X states that he applied for a permit but instead of issuing a permit for the estate the local authority issued a permit for locations further away. It appears from the Traffic Management Order that the appellant's address is eligible for an estate parking permit. I have seen the civil enforcement officer's photographs and notes for both Penalty Charge Notices. The civil enforcement officer took a photograph of a sign that states permit holders only E-ML. I find that it is not clear from the photographs where that sign is situated in relation to the appellant's car. The local authority provides diagrams of the signs. I have not seen any site photographs. I allow the appeal as I am not satisfied on the evidence I have seen that the signs on the estate are clear.

Can I use this case as a reference to my appeal ?
