The PPc must have jumped for joy when this one appeared on their radar. Notice they used the tactic of waiting 4 years for her to move hiome then sending a court claim in, hoping she wouldnt get it in time.

Anyone put this site on the post where she will get advice how to challenge them all in the Private Parking section?

23 CCJs? For parking in the same place?

30 calls per hour?

Failing to authorise parking in a pay and display area in what is clearly a No Unauthorised Parking car park?

The court apologising for her getting so many letters from the PPC?

She's begun civil proceedings against the law firm?

What's going on here?

Still she's ticked a few Daily Mail boxes - nurse's uniform, exhausting night shifts, nearly falling asleep at the wheel, getting home for son, stress, vulnerability / suicide reference, bankruptcy, mortgage plans in ruins, etc.

Driving round for an hour looking for a space? A cursory look at google street view reveals plenty of parking about 10 minutes walk away. Having a car doesn't remove the use of your legs.

seems the parking co instructed BW to press for 23 separate cases , and from info on other groups , most claims where not received due to the court/post glitch in september

Absolutely hopeless article--even by DM standards. After reading it, I have no real idea of what actually happened, nor do I care.

All I got was the impression of chants of “greater good” (i.e. “I’m a nurse so why should I have to obey parking rules?”)

That was my impression too.
