Tort interference with goods act 1977.
Anyone had experience with this? Relating to scaffolding. Permission to allow on the land was revoked 4 weeks ago. Builder is still refusing to remove it. Notice of imposing obligation to collect and notice if intention to sell being sent next week. It's been suggested 7 days to be allowed for collection due to length of time since revocation of permission. Sale costs can be deducted from sale revenue but can storage charges be applied? Anyone done this before? |

You will probably find a caravan dweller will take it off your hands no questions asked.

That was my first thought and maybe the ones who will remove it in return for keeping it.
However by the book first I think |
