I drove past this camera this evening which was flashing intermittently even while no cars were driving past it. I am certain I was driving beneath the speed limit.
What is the email address for the local authority/constabulary as I'd like to email them and have it on record that that this camera was malfunctioning before I receive any NIP. Thanks Jdan |

No need.
I'm not surprised as it seems to be a ghost camera hovering in mid air given that GSV link... If you do get a NIP then the secondary evidence will show you weren't speeding. -------------------- RK=Registered Keeper, OP=Original Poster (You!), CoFP=Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty, NtK=Notice to Keeper, NtD=Notice to Driver

If your car were flashed they would determine what speed you were doing and if it was less than the speed limit, i.e. 40mph, they would not send you an NIP.
