Please do not post personal details for obvious reasons - Sorry but I had no knowledge of the offence until I received the NIP. Just unsure if it is enforceable due to the dates? Yes. The notice to the registered keeper (presumably Lex) has to arrive within 14 days, as each recipient has 28 days to reply then clearly no 14 days can be enforced for subsequent letters.
