Before Chris gives his full run down of today can you all please work out the following.

The s9 Cj Mags act and rules state that Exhibits shall be annexed to the statement.

The learned clerk tried to explain to their worships that it only says shall and not must be annexed to. Therefore they can use their discretion. What a load of bollox.

Also while the mags were out and the prostitution made the clerk aware of her withdrawing the matter I reminded Chris to ask for costs.. The jumped up prostitutor threatened me with contempt of court. Sour bloody grapes if you ask me.

I'll PM you Chris and show you how to get 5 stars, you deserve them after persevering under the pressure when most would have capitulated.

I have to confess, that I was taken aback by this. But, when I told her and the magistrates that thier learned Clerk was at odd's with the Honourable Mr. Justice Moses

This is quite true. But, as I have been saying for months on other threads, try to kill the witness statements.
If you exterpolate my arguement forward, then it becomes clear that the 'exhibit' was not 'disclosed' either. Efectively, I had an absolute 'back stop'. But, the itinerent barrister, who also sub-contracts on the 31 October complete with broomstick, recognised earlier than the clerk that her game was up.

Thats an understatement, I think she invented the broom stick.

Although I have to say I think the good looking clerk had an eye for me. She is a member of the bar and insisted she had met me before. And before anybody says would you, the answer is yes, even though she is biased.
