Hi

Need advice when taking points vs the speed awareness course

I took my first course 23/9/16 (just under 3 years), but was caught doing 34 in a 30 last year so took the 3pts + £100 fine

Since, then (last Thursday) I was caught for a 3rd time.

Does anyone know if can do the course again?

ie: is it

- 3 years from course date to course date?
- 3 years from offence date to offence date?
- 3 years from 1st course date to latest offence date?

AIUI offence date.

But there are different course types - return the driver nomination and see what they offer.

Are you certain about the 34 in a 30? That's below the normal threshold for action to be taken.
