Hello I have received a fine from Oxford Road Manchester bus gate, I appealed on the grounds that as soon as I realised “that I had entered “, I immediately did a U-turn and exited the said Bus lanes. I saw no signage and have since realised hundreds of thousands are prosecuted here monthly. I could just pay the £30 but I am incensed when things are unrighteous. Could you please advise me yes I have read other posts on here but still I am unsure what I should do. Kind regards Moo moo Faye

Much depends on what route you took to approach the restricted street. At one time it was open season and most appeals won, but apparently the signage has been "improved" so if you will kindly post up the PCN and tell us more, we'll see if it's worth taking it further. Going to adjudication means the discount option is lost, it is either the full amount or nil if you win, Double-or-quits, basically.
